While walking in Providence this morning, a Cooper’s Hawk flew right past my face and landed in a pine tree next to me!

Apparently, I no longer need to go outside to find raptors… they come to me! I took these photos of a different Cooper’s Hawk from my window today…

    That last in-flight shot is dynamic as hell! I think the word is out about you and all the birds of prey are now just trying to be hip.
